」70 Cashback with Pass Plus
Passing your driving test is only the beginning of learning to drive.
This is what people who have just passed have often been told by parents, uncles and just about anyone with some driving experience behind them would have you believe.
There is a grain of truth in this.
Pass Plus is a scheme that was developed by
the DSA with input from driving instructors in 1999 because of
the disproportionate accident rates among new drivers. For
example, in Fife, Scotland, the Pass Plus scheme helped to bring
down the percentage of young people blamed for accidents from
69% to 42% in 4 years.
